Company registration is handled by the business registration office of the provincial Department of Finance where the company will be based, through the National Business Registration Portal (dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn), which the Ministry of Finance runs; its online registration support line is +84 24 3848 9912. Which agency handles tax in Vietnam?
