The Delegation represents the EU as a whole (trade, including the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, development and policy). It cannot give consular help to individual EU citizens: contact a member state's embassy or consulate instead.

The Slovenian government's Vietnam page names the Beijing embassy as competent and lists no honorary consul. Hungary handles Slovenia's Schengen C visas. The EU Delegation list also gives a Vietnamese mobile (+84 918 657 923) without saying whose it is; it is left out here.
