Compensation calculator updated to the Judicial College Guidelines 18th edition (published 9 April 2026), including its real sub-bracket structure for neck, back, head/brain, shoulder/arm, hand/wrist, leg, knee, foot/ankle and psychiatric injury, used in Scotland as a persuasive cross-check for solatium. Added the new miscarriage bracket introduced by that edition. New FAQs added on the miscarriage bracket, the current JCG edition, and why the England and Wales whiplash tariff does not apply in Scotland.
