Compensation calculator updated to the Judicial College Guidelines 18th edition (published 9 April 2026), including its real sub-bracket structure for neck, back, head/brain, shoulder/arm, hand/wrist, leg, knee, foot/ankle and psychiatric injury. Added the new miscarriage bracket introduced by that edition, and the fixed statutory whiplash tariff under the Whiplash Injury Regulations 2021 (as amended 2025). New FAQs added on the whiplash tariff, the miscarriage bracket, and the current JCG edition.
